• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions in collaboration with the development team.
• Customize and extend SharePoint functionalities to meet specific business requirements.
• Perform system troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution.
• Ensure the security and compliance of SharePoint environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SharePoint solutions with other systems.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in SharePoint System Development.
• Experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.
• Knowledge of SharePoint administration and configuration.
• Proficiency in related technologies such as PowerShell scripting.
• Familiarity with SharePoint migration and upgrade processes.
• Proficiency in Japanese: N3 level or higher (Reading, Writing, Speaking).
• Ability to work on holidays and during night shifts to confirm workload.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
