We are looking for a SharePoint Designer/Expert who can confidently engage with end clients, understand their needs, and provide well-structured technical solutions. This role requires a strong communicator who can take ownership of discussions with business stakeholders while also working closely with the development team to implement high-quality SharePoint solutions.
Your ability to balance technical expertise with strong business acumen will be essential. You must be comfortable leading conversations with stakeholders at different levels, from developers to executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical consultant and solution architect for the end client, gathering requirements and defining high-level SharePoint solutions.
- Design scalable and efficient SharePoint architectures that align with business needs and technical feasibility.
- Lead discussions on best practices for SharePoint customization, security, governance, and performance optimization.
- Create technical documentation and design blueprints for developers to follow.
- Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of SharePoint solutions, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
- Provide guidance on SPFx, Power Automate, PowerApps, and M365 integrations.
- Work with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Stay updated on SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform innovations and recommend improvements.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills – ability to engage with end clients and drive discussions.
- Expert-level knowledge of SharePoint (2013, 2016, Online), including customization, architecture, and governance.
- Deep expertise in SPFx, React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks.
- Experience designing and implementing SharePoint workflows, Power Automate, and PowerApps solutions.
- Strong understanding of M365, Power Platform, Azure services, and integration capabilities.
- Knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB.
- Experience in agile development environments, including version control (Git, Bitbucket) and project tracking (JIRA).
- Ability to create and present technical documentation, solution diagrams, and proof-of-concept prototypes.
- Fluent in English with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
