• Manage a portfolio of Singapore-based clients and maintain strong client relationships. 
• Review and verify supporting documents received from clients to ensure accuracy and completeness. 
• Record and review accounting transactions in the accounting software accurately and timely. 
• Prepare and review bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, accruals, and other balance sheet schedules. 
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. 
• Prepare GST returns, payroll reports, CPF-related documentation, and other statutory submissions where applicable. 
• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements. 
• Liaise with clients to resolve accounting queries and obtain necessary information. 
• Assist in audit engagements by preparing schedules, supporting documents, and responding to auditor inquiries. 
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and reporting issues. 
• Support the onboarding of new clients and implementation of accounting processes. 
• Assist in training and mentoring junior Accounting Executives / Assistant. 
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives. 
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and Singapore regulatory requirements. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. 
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in an accounting firm or outsourced accounting environment serving Singapore clients. 
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, GST, payroll administration, and Singapore compliance requirements. 
• Knowledge of tax and IFRS is preferred, but not mandatory. Training and guidance will be provided to support the successful candidate in these areas.
• Proficient in Xero accounting software, Employment Hero payroll system, and Microsoft Excel. 
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. 
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements. 
• ACCA, CPA Singapore, ISCA, or equivalent professional qualification (or currently pursuing) is highly desirable.

• Probation Period: 2 months at 100% gross salary (subject to 10% Personal Income Tax deduction).
