Job Description

1. Sales Strategy & Distribution Development

  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets for finished pharmaceutical products.
  • Identify and onboard new distributors across Vietnam, focusing on untapped or underdeveloped markets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to shape proactive go-to-market strategies.
  • Set and monitor KPIs for distributors and ensure alignment with company goals.


2. Team Leadership

  • Build, lead, and coach a team of sales representatives and area managers to deliver strong field performance.
  • Define team objectives, allocate territories, and track performance via CRM and reporting systems.
  • Organize training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling capabilities.


3. KOL & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), hospitals, clinics, and relevant industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and medical affairs teams to support product launches and promotional activities.
  • Represent the company at major industry events and conferences.


4. Business Operations

  • Work cross-functionally with Regulatory, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budget planning, and monthly/quarterly business reviews.
  • Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and internal company policies.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 15 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record in opening new distribution networks and scaling up sales channels.
  • Strong network with distributors, KOLs, and healthcare institutions in Vietnam.
  • Fluent in English or Chinese (both speaking and writing) is a must.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Willing to travel domestically for market visits and distributor meetings.
