About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) sector. This role focuses on developing strategic customer relationships, identifying tailored solutions, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across key accounts.
As part of our sales team, you will play a consultative role in understanding customer needs, creating value-driven proposals, and strengthening our market position.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve & exceed sales targets through proactive pipeline management and conversion of new and existing accounts.
- Develop and execute customer strategies: identify, prioritize, and manage key accounts in collaboration with the Area Sales Manager.
- Consultative sales approach: propose solutions addressing customer needs, leveraging Subject Matter Experts where required.
- New business development: generate leads from industry events, marketing campaigns, and market intelligence; convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- Customer relationship management:
- Acquire new customers while maintaining and expanding existing relationships.
- Strengthen loyalty and recover inactive accounts through regular engagement.
- Promote and up-sell the full service portfolio.
- Sales operations excellence:
- Manage quotations, ensure timely follow-up, and lead final negotiations in alignment with business and financial requirements.
- Document all activities in Salesforce and provide accurate sales reporting & analytics.
- Market intelligence: monitor competitors, identify growth opportunities, and support the Area Sales Manager in annual sales planning.
- Commercial responsibility: support cash collection for assigned accounts and coordinate cross-business inquiries.
Requirements
- Education: University degree in Business Administration or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience:
- 3–5 years of proven track record in consultative sales, preferably within TIC or related industries (Solar, Machinery, Components, Power Electronics).
- Strong background in solution-based selling with measurable business results.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen with a result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Technical understanding relevant to TIC industries.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.com.
- Language: Good command of written and spoken English.
