Senior Ruby on Rails Developer

• Use Ruby on Rails to design, create, test, run, and refactor products.
• Provide and deliver suggestions for new features and improvements.
• Work together to define needs and specifications with product managers and designers.
• Design the architecture based on specified requirements, including middleware selection. 
• Stay updated on technical trends and industry best practices, integrating them into the product.
• Measuring the results of quality improvement initiatives and putting service improvement plans into action.

Requirements:

• Over 4 years of experience in developing and maintaining web services through Ruby on Rails
• Proficiency in database systems with practical development experience
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
• Track record in API design, development, and documentation
• Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
• Proficient in programming, debugging, and testing skills
• Strong English communication skills

Nice to have:

• Expertise in identifying issues from logs and solving them
• Knowledge of building systems with Kubernetes and Docker
• Expertise in choosing middleware and building architecture depending on application needs
• Familiarity with publishing and making contributions to OSS
• Experience with technical output from outside sources (writing, technical blog, stage, etc.)
