Responsibilities

• Review business and system requirements to develop effective testing approaches and detailed test plans.
• Perform both manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using widely used frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Pytest.
• Carry out API validation using tools like Postman, Swagger, or automation-based methods.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD workflows.
• Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, usability, performance, and security testing.
• Identify, log, and track defects using issue tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Redmine) and ensure proper follow-up until resolution.
• Support and mentor junior QA members while contributing to team knowledge-sharing activities.
• Provide clear test reports, quality metrics, and risk insights to relevant stakeholders.
• Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and best practices to enhance overall product quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including at least 2 years focused on test automation.
• Strong understanding of testing principles, methodologies, and QA standards.
• Hands-on experience in designing and executing test cases, scripts, and automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in at least one automation tool/framework (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Pytest, JUnit, TestNG, etc.).
• Experience in API testing (both manual and automated).
• Solid SQL knowledge for validating and handling test data.
• Good command of English to collaborate effectively in global teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter, Locust, or Gatling.
• Basic understanding of security testing practices and tools.
• Familiarity with integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.

• Working hours start at 8:30 AM; no check-out required
• 5 working days per week (Monday to Friday), with Saturdays and Sundays off
