Senior/Principal QA Engineer

• Create, develop, and implement performance tests using load generation tools.
• Perform fault tolerance tests and chaos experiments through fault injection.
• Record non-functional test results, pinpoint bottlenecks, and work with SRE to propose enhancements.
• Continuously refine and automate testing processes.
• Visualize and assess non-functional test outcomes through regular testing cycles.
• Train the product team to conduct non-functional tests independently.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, K6, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of fault injection tools is an added advantage.
• Solid understanding of non-functional testing concepts.
• Experience with AWS for testing and monitoring is beneficial.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficient in scripting and basic programming.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Good English communication proficiency.

• Hybrid working: 2 days at the office and 3 days WFH
• Working hour: Flexible start 8AM - 9AM from Mon-Fri
