Senior/Principal Golang Engineer (Japanese)

• Create and implement services that are capable of managing huge amounts of data.
• Consider both functional and non-functional criteria while designing a good database.
• Write code that is readable and well-maintained.
• Enhance code through ongoing refactoring.
• Track application efficiency and address system issues

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in Backend Development.
• Strong proficiency in Golang.
• Solid knowledge of common design patterns, best practices, and SOLID principles
• Strong MySQL or PostgreSQL experience, including optimization and performance tuning
• Knowledge of complex system design, including integrating APIs with other systems
• Familiarity with optimizing and monitoring application performance
• Familiarity with E2E and automated testing
• In-depth knowledge of web security
• Knowledge of CI/CD and Docker
• Japanese N2 or equivalent (good at communication)
• English intermediate level
• Project leadership experience as a team leader.
• Strong sense of ownership.

Nice-To-Have:

• Background in frontend development using TypeScript, ReactJS, or VueJS
• Capable of training junior to mid-level members
• Familiarity with AWS
• Expertise in DDD (Domain Driven Design)
• Experience with service operation in production
• Knowledge of GraphQL and Google Cloud Platform
