Perform 360 recruitment consultant:

- Source suitable candidates and brief them on the opportunities offered by the client
- Manage the process through interviews to offer stage and beyond
- Offer CV, interview and general career advice
- Organize interviews for candidates as requested by the client

- Approaching new clients and develop client database.
- Fact finding client's requirement to suggest suitable solutions with company's services
- Presenting and convince clients with company's service
- Analyzing and understanding clearly of job requirement from client such as job description, qualification and other skills.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as Consultant or 360 Consultant at senior level

- Prefer background from Manufacturing Team or FMCG (consumer goods, retail..)

- English : Advanced or Can communicate at work

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, out-going, flexible
- Established ability to deal with people of different backgrounds and levels
