• Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements and specifications.
• Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects, inconsistencies, and performance issues.
• Verify that software meets functional, performance, and usability standards before release.
• Collaborate with development teams to reproduce, analyze, and resolve reported bugs.
• Maintain and update test documentation, ensuring traceability of testing activities.
• Conduct regression, integration, and system-level testing to ensure product stability.
• Report test results, track defects, and provide clear feedback to improve quality.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Job requirement

• 3 years of experience in software quality control or quality assurance testing 
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies (e.g., manual testing, regression testing, etc.).
• Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) and test management software (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments and processes.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and reports.
• Keen attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar).
• Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, or JavaScript) for test automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
• Understanding of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
