Senior Java Engineer (N3)

• Support PM in effort estimation and project planning
• Study system requirements, business logic, and provide technical training for team members
• Investigate source code, documents, and system for analysis purposes
• Create and update use case (UC) and detailed design documents
• Review design, code, and test outputs (UT/IT) of assigned members
• Participate in development tasks following project processes
• Create test cases and perform unit test (UT) and integration test (IT)
• Produce test documentation and ensure product quality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
• 4+ years of experience in Java development
• Strong technical foundation and ability to work with system analysis and documentation
• Japanese level N3 or higher (able to read documents and communicate via email/chat)
• Good task management and personal responsibility
• Strong analytical and technical investigation skills
• Experience in code review and mentoring/supporting team members
• Good problem-solving, presentation, and logical thinking skills
• High responsibility and compliance with development processes

• Working hours: Check-in at 8:30 AM, no check-out required
• Monday–Friday working schedule, weekends off
