• Develop and maintain web applications using Java Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with remote teams to clarify and complete assigned tasks.
• Analyze requirements and design systems to implement new features.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs identified during integration, UAT, and maintenance testing phases.
• Manage tasks and track progress using WBS (Work Breakdown Structure).
• Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Maintain and update technical documentation.
• Mentor junior developers and deliver technical training as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

Technical Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of Spring & Spring-related frameworks.
• Skilled in SQL and relational databases.
• Proficient in build tools like Maven, Gradle.
• Familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript for frontend development.
• Strong understanding of API design and development.
• Experience working on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Experience with containerization and serverless technologies like Docker.
• Knowledge of version control tools (Git, SVN).
• Familiarity with issue tracking systems such as Redmine.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to write clean, well-documented, and readable code.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

Preferred Experience

• Over 1 year of experience in Securities/Finance domain.
• Over 2 years in a team leader role.
