Mandatory Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Web application development with strong programming fundamentals.
• Proficiency in:
• Java
• JavaScript, jQuery
• Databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL
• Frameworks including Spring, Spring Boot, Struts, Seasar2, Hibernate, or equivalents.
• Hands-on experience in Automation Testing (JMeter, JUnit, Selenium).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, GitHub, Jenkins, and Docker.
• Ability to prepare clear and well-structured technical documentation and share knowledge within the team.
• Strong research capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience utilizing AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to improve productivity.
• Ability to analyze and interpret business requirements from clients.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Familiarity with Japanese corporate working style and processes is an advantage.
