Senior Game Play Designer (Chinese)

• Develop creative and engaging gameplay systems for card, slot, crash, and instant-win games.
• Perform competitor research and analyze game mechanics aligned with market trends.
• Prepare detailed Game Design Documents (GDD) and flowcharts to guide development teams.
• Work closely with product, art, and engineering teams to implement and refine gameplay features.
• Ensure all designs strike the right balance between innovation, monetization strategies, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in game design, with a focus on casino, card, or hyper-casual genres.
• Deep knowledge of gameplay loops, player engagement, and retention mechanics.
• Awareness of industry trends across LATAM, SEA, and global casino markets.
• Proficient in using Figma, Excel, or Miro for specifications and flow design.
• Strong communication and documentation skills in English or Mandarin Chinese.

• Stable and transparent income: Clear salary & bonus structure, including performance-based bonuses twice a year (average 1–2 months’ salary).
• Daily allowance: 80,000 VND/day for meals and commuting, applied to both probationary and official employees.
• Contract & insurance: One-year contract with a 2-month probation at full salary; social insurance contributions.
• Paid leave: 12 annual leave days; any unused days can be converted to cash.
• Work environment: Central office in District 1, fully equipped with equipment; friendly, open, and supportive company culture.
• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (90-minute lunch break), Monday to Friday. Flexibility to compensate hours if urgent bug fixes are required after hours.
