Job Summary:

We are seeking a Game Developer with a strong background in Unity and VR technologies to

craft immersive VR games that align with our channel's unique vision and captivate our global

audience. This role is ideal for someone passionate about VR development and eager to apply

their skills in a dynamic and creative setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop immersive VR games using Unity: Implement and optimize VR gameplay for various

platforms, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

2. Implement and refine gameplay mechanics: Collaborate in designing and programming core

VR interactions (e.g., hand-based controls, physics, climbing mechanics), ensuring a smooth and

intuitive player experience.

3. Create and optimize 3D assets: Work closely with artists or independently to integrate and

optimize 3D models for VR environments, ensuring they are lightweight yet visually appealing.

4. Develop comprehensive multiplayer features: Design and implement multiplayer functionalities

using networking solutions like Photon or Unity Netcode, ensuring smooth gameplay for multiple

players and supporting various server configurations.

5. Collaborate with the game design team: Work alongside designers, artists, and other

developers to ensure consistent and innovative implementation of game features and mechanics.

6. Participate in the full development lifecycle: Engage in all phases of game development, from

initial prototyping to final deployment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

7. Optimize performance for VR: Ensure the game performs smoothly across target VR devices,

including optimizations for frame rates, memory usage, and responsiveness.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in Unity and VR development: Proven experience developing VR games, with a

portfolio demonstrating relevant projects.

2. Strong coding skills: Expertise in C# and Unity, including scripting, physics, and implementing

VR-specific features (e.g., hand-based locomotion, interaction mechanics).

3. Experience in multiplayer development: Familiarity with multiplayer frameworks like Photon,

Unity Netcode, or similar, and the ability to implement and optimize multiplayer features.

4. 3D asset integration: Ability to integrate and optimize 3D models in Unity, working with artists

or independently to ensure high performance in VR environments.

5. Game development experience: Previous experience in game development, with a passion for

creating immersive and innovative VR gaming experiences.

6. Language skills: Fluent in English; Vietnamese nationality is a plus.

7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to tackle technical challenges creatively

and efficiently in a VR setting.

8. Teamwork and leadership potential: Ability to work collaboratively with a team, with a

willingness to take initiative and contribute to the project’s success.

9. Knowledge of VR trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the VR gaming

industry and content streaming, incorporating new techniques and best practices.
