Role Overview

As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll play a critical role in evolving our cutting-edge insurance software solutions. This position calls for a versatile developer who is adept in both front-end and back-end technologies. You will work alongside a global, cross-functional team, driving the development of new features and ensuring the highest code quality through rigorous testing and peer reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Feature Development: Design, build, and optimize new features and functionalities for our SaaS platform to meet the dynamic needs of our clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate user needs into robust, scalable software solutions.
• Code Quality: Engage in thorough code reviews, adhere to established coding standards, and perform comprehensive unit and integration testing.
• Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve software bugs and vulnerabilities to enhance platform reliability and security.
• Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies to continually refine and update our software practices and tools.

Job Requirement:

• Experience: Minimum 6 years as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating your expertise with NodeJS and SaaS applications.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in NodeJS, VueJS, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker, and proficiency in Typescript.
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with major cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and a solid understanding of scalable application architecture.
• Testing Acumen: Proven track record in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and extensive experience with various testing libraries.
• Security Focus: In-depth understanding of web security protocols and compliance standards essential for secure software development.
• Agile Experience: Familiarity with agile methodologies and comfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
