As our Senior Account Executive, you'll be responsible for owning the full sales cycle for mid-to-large clients. From discovery to proposal to contract, you’ll lead high-stakes conversations, build deep relationships with decision-makers, and offer strategic solutions from Vibe Branding’s full suite of services. You’ll work closely with leadership, strategists, and creatives to land clients who are looking for true partnership—not just deliverables.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle for qualified leads and larger-scale prospects
  • Conduct strategic discovery calls to understand business objectives and marketing needs
  • Develop and deliver customized proposals and presentations with clear ROI narratives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to scope projects, timelines, and pricing
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with confidence and care
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in HubSpot
  • Represent Vibe Branding with professionalism and clarity in client communications
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding client relationships over time


Skills & Experience Required:

  • 4–6 years in B2B sales, account management, or consultative selling (agency or service-based preferred)
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals ($10K–$100K+ range)
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, branding, and creative service models
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strategic thinker who can balance relationship-building with performance outcomes
