Job Description

• Lead and manage the Internal Development System team, ensuring efficient operation and development of internal systems
• Be responsible for system design, development, and maintenance of internal applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives, timelines, and deliverables
• Drive technical improvements and promote best practices to optimize system performance and scalability
• Manage team workflow, performance evaluation, and support members’ professional development
• Ensure system stability and contribute to long-term system strategy and improvement

Requirements

• Must be Korean nationality (Korean Native)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields
• At least 4+ years of experience in SI (System Integration) or Project Management
• Proven experience in technical leadership or team management
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure while maintaining team morale
• Basic English communication skills
