Responsibilities:

• Plan consultant training delivery to ensure providing the required training programs.
• Conduct soft skill training courses for Consultant Team with all levels with enthusiasm to help staff get developed.
• Design quality consultant training programs, oversee training material and suggest improvements.
• Hand on go-to-market consultant training, proved appropriate and timely coaching to consultant forces to ensure provide acknowledge of the training outcome.
• Choose the most appropriate training method per case (e.g. on-the-job training, seminars, and so on).
• Track the progress vs the training objective.
• Review/update training materials for the Recruitment Consultant Team.
• Renew training materials for systematized training.
• Update & revise the training content regularly.
• Coordinate with other teams for the projects related to Consultant training.
• Support other tasks in the Consultant Teams as assignment.

• At least 3 - 5 years experience in Headhunt Service/ Internal Recruitment (both are prefer).
• Able to organize and prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, orientation on the results and outputs.
• Proven work experience as a Sales/ Consultants training.
• Extensive knowledge of modern training techniques.
• Good at interpersonal and communication skills.
• Multitasking, organizational, and planning skills.
• Good at English and Vietnamese, both writing and speaking.
• Good computer skills, especially in MS PowerPoint.
• Logical thinking.
