Job Description

Job Description: 

  • The primary responsibility of the Representative, Senior Compliance Officer is to actively manage and represent Vietnam Compliance department which guide the Member organizations in conforming to the rules for Member conduct set out by the Corporation. The principle focus of this position is to ensure that Members understand and embrace Our client’s rules. 
  • Responsible for managing the workflow of the Compliance department and to ensure efficient and effective operation and also help to resolve issues that may emerge in the context of relationships with Members, primarily in connection with the Member Business Practices and Compliance function. 

Position Responsibility:

  • Keep abreast of the trend of business practices, trend of Members and/or any uprising issues. 
  • Research, investigate, communicate with Member, collect & analysis the provided information from Members, complete issue resolution by recommendations.  
  • Do review the Lifetime Volume to make sure that the qualifications are valid and not a result of volume manipulation. Assess whether a qualification should be approved or denied. 
  • Strive to complete Compliance files within target timeline. 
  • To handle the complaints/inquiries regarding to non-compliance practices from Member & related internal departments. 
  • Daily review & verify the business practice of all members to prevent the root cause to the unsustainable business growth  
  • Be proactive research potential suspicious business practices various channels.  

Analyzing information relating to violations of Members or Group Members for Member education 

Member Communication & Education 

  • Design training materials & resources for all trainings to keep the Members training program maintained and developed to meet the business requirements.    
  • Participate in implementing different Member communication projects (including project scope, schedule & quality) to ensure Rule communications & education programs are effectively delivered to Members and adapt with business practice development. 
  • Deliver wide variety trainings to all level of Members in both virtual & offline events, including company’s events and other upon requested or ad-hoc occasions. 
  • Drive company values and philosophy through all trainings and Member development activities with effective communications. 
  • Coaching Member’s wrongful business practices though handling case file. 

 Nutrition Club 

  • Take part in Nutrition Club Ambassador Plus program. To monitor the accuracy and provide feedback on the Nutrition Club Visit program. 
  • Complete the assigned target of Nutrition Club Visit & Nutrition Club Ambasador Plus for the team. 
  • In charge NC registration to make sure following the Nutrition Club guidelines & Directions  
  • Participate in the other initiatives related to Nutrition Club practices to raise awareness of Members in understanding and complying with the company’s guidelines. 
  • To provide & review Nutrition Club for vendor visiting. 
  •  Event Compliance   
  • Travel as the need arises to attend Company/Member conferences dealing with delicate and volatile issues and participate as a trainer/spokesperson and otherwise on Member Business Practices and Compliance worldwide seminars. 
  • Ensure that all Distributors’ presentation and testimonials comply with all company’s internal regulations/SOPs applied to various events; at utmost transparent and non-bias manner.
  • Internal Training 
  • Training on job & Applying mentoring, supporting, guidance program to ensure the newcomer can catch up the process and procedures how to handle effectively and proficiently required tasks of Compliance through materials & online training.  
  • Others 
  • Address the ad hoc tasks when necessary as requested by Compliance Supervisor or Head Department. 
  • Report to Compliance Supervisor, escalated issues and ensure consistent application of our rules in Vietnam; 
  • University graduate.  
  • Preferably with at least 5 years working experience plus 3 years supervisory/management working experience in multi-national company. 
  • Dynamic and strong leadership skills 
  • Strongly customer oriented and owns excellent customer service experience; experience in MLM Company would be a plus. 
  • Fluent English capabilities especially in reading and writing. Good verbal & written communication skills in Vietnamese. 
  • Good administrative skills with hands on computer skills, able to use Windows, MS office package software. 
  • Able to organize workload for effective implementation. 
  • Ability to solve problems and challenges and carry out responsibilities under minimal supervision. 
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Must be self-motivated and highly attentive to details and follow-up. 
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure, while maintaining a positive, professional attitude in a very fast-paced environment.
