Purpose

Carry out the tasks associated with the payroll services of working at an internationally recognized quality standard to ensure that customer satisfaction levels are met or exceeded while operating within company budget constraints.

Back up for Leader and supervising a small team as the business expands.

Context

• Report to the Team Leader Payroll;
• Work as part of small team;
• Carry out payroll processing calculations assigned
• Be the Person In Charge (PIC) for assigned Large / Key customers.
• Communicate confidently with customers and payees both verbal and written (email) in Vietnamese and English. 
• Quality check services delivery and communicate findings to the team and management before sending out to clients;
• On behalf of the team leader to answer client’s inquiries in a timely manner as needed;
• Any other tasks assigned by line manager time to time.

Requirements

• Vietnamese national with university degree (major in Accounting, Human Resource);
• At least 3 years’ experience in payroll/ SIMIUI/ PIT/ labor law;
• Customer service oriented;
• Good English skills
• Strong computer skills;
• Calm, friendly, outgoing, able to lead a small team;
• Committed to professional performance;
• Professional look and attitude;
• Highly organized and energetic.
