Senior Backend Engineer (Golang/Rust)

• Build and maintain high-performance trading engines supporting multiple order types and automated execution.
• Integrate backend systems with centralized exchanges (Binance, OKX, etc.) and decentralized exchanges (Ethereum, Solana) under strict latency requirements.
• Design, optimize and fine-tune transaction flows, execution logic and order routing with microsecond-level → sub-100ms precision.
• Develop real-time market data processing pipelines to support arbitrage & systematic strategies.
• Scale backend systems to handle thousands of trades per second with minimal downtime.
• Collaborate closely with engineers & quants to design, backtest, deploy and refine trading strategies.

Requirements:

Experience & Education

• 3–5 years backend development with strong Rust and/or Golang.
• Experience in HFT, low-latency systems, or real-time trading platforms.
• Proven experience building performance-critical / mission-critical infrastructure.
• Experience with CEX APIs, WebSockets, and real-time data systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with PostgreSQL or high-performance databases.
• Experience with low-latency network programming & optimization.
• Knowledge of:
• OMS / EMS
• Order routing & market microstructure
• Strong concurrent programming & lock-free data structures.
• Familiarity with:
• FIX protocol or native exchange APIs
• Blockchain / Web3 (Ethereum, Solana)
• WebSocket & real-time streaming architectures

• Ownership of mission-critical components within the trading infrastructure.
• A highly collaborative environment working directly with engineers and quantitative researchers.
• Complex, performance-driven challenges requiring exceptional optimization and technical depth.
