Senior Backend Developer (Ruby on Rails)

•  Main focus on coding/ debugging/ improving/troubleshooting  
• Collaborate with Front-end Web & Mobile developers  
• Define and communicate technical and design requirements  
• Provide training, help, and support to other team members  
• Build high-quality reusable code that can be used in the future  
• Develop functional and sustainable Rest API with clean codes  
• Collaborate with multiple internalization teams of designers, developers, and system administrators  
• Follow new and emerging technologies

MUST-HAVE:

• At least 4 years of experience in Ruby on Rails.
• Understand the web process/Rest API, anything from the browser to the application, and come back.
• Deep understanding of Rails.
• Experience with Postgres, Redis, Sidekiq Worker, Search Engines, and Unit Test
• Proficient in writing clean code, following good principles, design patterns, and best practices, covered with tests.
• Attention to detail, analytical mind, and problem-solving aptitude.

• Experience with DevOps and Rails Hotwire
