• Design and develop a multi-source data collection system: crawlers, APIs, RSS feeds, etc.
• Build and operate data pipelines for large-scale data processing, normalization, and storage (ETL).
• Design a semantic search system based on embeddings and vector databases.
• Integrate data into AI systems using the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture.
• Develop backend APIs to support features such as stock symbol search, pushing new content, managing data sources, etc.
• Optimize the performance of data processing and storage systems as data volume grows rapidly over time.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of experience in backend development with strong proficiency in Node.js and/or Golang.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with RAG architecture and AI data pipelines.
• Experience in building data collection systems or ETL pipelines.
• Worked with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Qdrant, etc.).
• Understanding and Applying Embeddings in Text Data Processing.
• Proficient in working with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Strong system thinking skills, capable of organizing code and data models for maintainability and scalability.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in building AI systems for financial or news analysis.
• Knowledge of the stock market and financial data types.
• Ability to evaluate data quality, filter noise, and process natural language data (NLP).
