Manage amongst teams when required to deliver on and exceed campaign KPIs.
Create insightful, relevant and ultimately successful proposals to clients from campaign challenge, ideas, cost and execution plans.
Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
Handling complaints and negotiations.
Completing assigned tasks and meeting deadlines
Preferable, 2+ experience in similar role in Digital Performance Marketing.
The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
Strong time management skills.
Solid understanding of digital advertising practices including major platforms like Facebook, Google, YouTube and local ad networks.
Project Management capacity and ability to work constructively in a fast moving team environment.
Excellent written and verbal presentation skills and proficiency in typical office working software (PowerPoint, excel, etc).
