Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Time Off, Time Tracking, and Employee Central Payroll, working closely with HR and Global HRIS teams.
• Work with stakeholders to collect business requirements and convert them into suitable system solutions.
• Set up time profiles, public holiday calendars, accruals, overtime rules, and shift schedules.
• Configure payroll areas, payroll calendars, wage types, and interfaces with financial systems.
• Develop and maintain business rules, workflows, and access permissions for time management and payroll processes.
• Coordinate data migration, system testing, and data validation for implementations and system improvements.
• Manage the full implementation process, from blueprint design and system build to testing, UAT, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Work with HR and Payroll teams to ensure systems comply with labor laws, tax requirements, and payroll regulations.
• Prepare system documentation and deliver training and knowledge transfer to HR, Payroll, and IT teams.
• Lead functional troubleshooting, defect resolution, and ongoing system improvement activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HRIS implementation, including 3+ years working with SAP SuccessFactors.
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central Payroll and Time Management, covering Time Off and Time Tracking.
• Additional certification in SAP HCM or project management, such as PMP or Agile, is an advantage.
• Strong hands-on experience with Time Off, Time Tracking, and Employee Central Payroll.
• Good understanding of time evaluation rules, accrual processes, and payroll schemas.
• Experience using Event Reasons, Business Rules, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP) in Employee Central.
• Experience managing the full implementation lifecycle, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Knowledge of payroll compliance, wage type configuration, and integration with finance or ERP systems.
• Practical experience in data migration using import templates, CSV uploads, and validation reports.
• Ability to identify and resolve integration issues between Employee Central Payroll and related modules, such as Time and Benefits.
• Experience coordinating UAT, conducting user training, and providing post-go-live support.
