Job Description

  • Participate in meetings with clients (in Japanese or English) to identify business challenges, requirements, and project objectives.
  • Document key discussion points and translate them into actionable insights for proposal and delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with presales and technical departments to develop proposals, quotations, and related materials.
  • Track project timelines and ensure ongoing communication and satisfaction with clients.
  • Maintain and update account information within the company’s CRM system.
  • Assist in preparing corporate materials, including company profiles, presentations, and promotional documentation.
  • Support account management activities to strengthen client relationships and facilitate project follow-ups.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven ability in communication, organization, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking with an understanding of business processes and client needs.
  • Japanese proficiency at business level (JLPT N2 or higher) is required; English proficiency is advantageous.
  • Basic familiarity with software development, e-commerce, or AI solutions is a plus.
  • Prior experience working with Japanese clients or within an IT/offshore project environment is preferred.
