Job Description

Administrative & Coordination Support

  • Arrange the Chairman’s work schedule, meetings, and business trips.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and files for meetings or business trips.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on the Chairman’s conclusions.

Internal & External Communication

  • Act as a liaison between the Chairman and the Board of Directors, department heads, and other units.
  • Receive, handle, and convey incoming/outgoing information and documents quickly and accurately.
  • Assist in arranging and organizing meetings with partners, clients, and state authorities.

Executive Support

  • Monitor project progress and report updates.
  • Assist in analyzing business data, compiling weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for the Chairman.
  • Propose process improvements to support executive management in the express delivery sector.

Other Duties as Assigned

  • Draft and review contracts and important documents.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chairman.

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Preference for candidates with experience as Secretary, Assistant to the Board of Directors, or Office Manager in the logistics/express delivery industry.

Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to consolidate and analyze reports.
  • Disciplined, proactive, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Careful in work.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality.
