Job Description
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements. Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions to fulfill customer requirements.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business requirements and provide appropriate system solutions to identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
- Work on effort estimation and rough cost with timeline
- Proactively work on Fit Gap Analysis and propose suitable SAP process with system enhancements need for the business requirements.
- Lead the team actively on both the topics of functional and technical roles.
- Year of Experience: 5+ years
- At least 5 years of experience in E-commerce domain, especially in Automotive domain
- Deep understanding of Product Management, Content Management, Price, Inventory, Cart, Checkout, Order submission, Order fulfillment, and Payment modules
- Experience with Agile Project development practices & Agile tools (Jira and Confluence)
- Knowledge of SAP Commerce B2B & B2C accelerator, with operational knowledge of Backoffice
- Integration with SAP or third-party systems with commerce application
- Be fluent in Japanese (Native or N1 level) and English
- Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Preferred certification: SAP Commerce Cloud BA certification or Any Commerce Application Certification
- Language: English (Certificate of TOEIC 600/990)
