Job Description
- Join SAP projects such as implementation/roll-out/development/AMS as ABAP/BTP Technical Leader/Expert (propose solution, write technical specification, Coding, Unit Test)
- Propose appropriate technical solution based on requirements and functional specification (FS)
- Participate consultation sessions with functional consultants and end-users
- Deliver technical demos or provide technical advice as requested
- Conduct peer review to guarantee adherence to processes, guideline and templates
- Strong commitment to deliver solutions/product on time and high quality
- Review/Finalize solutions and results from project team members
- Organize an internal ABAP training course for new employees
- Lead cross-functional teams, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Monitor and manage project progress, issues, KPIs, milestones, and proactively handle changes and risks.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure transparency and smooth project execution.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and best practices to maintain high project quality.
Your Skills and Experience
- Local Vietnam candidates with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong understanding of SAP full life cycle implementation, ABAP, and core SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, PP, PM, etc.).
- 10+ years of experience in SAP ABAP/BTP development
- Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 development
- Strong knowledge of SAP integration concepts (IDoc, RFC, API, REST, SOAP)
- Solid grasp of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Experience in S/4HANA environment is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform well under pressure.
- High fluency of English
