Job Description
- Lead a group of call center agents focused on compliance with KPI.
- Organization of onboarding of new agents
- Formation of the schedule for the agent
- Organization and coaching agents
- Development of agents and preparation of development plans
- Preparation of reports
- At least 1 to 2 years relevant experience in call center
- English (B1+ ) and German (B2+ )
- Good communication, organization, dealing with pressure, resilience.
