Job Description

OBJECTIVES

  • Search for new customers, while maintaining and building relationships with existing customers.
  • Build and manage a sales team to meet the company's overall business goals.
  • Work with the Board of Directors to develop the company's business strategy and direction.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Make a list of potential customers (suspecting to prospecting) through:
  • Predicting the target customer group.
  • Surveying customers through calls or meetings.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to narrow down potential customers.
  • Developing technical solutions and cooperation plans.
  • Negotiating to close customers.
  • Regularly visit customers with Sales Staff, especially strategic customers to continue building relationships and maintaining cooperation.
  • Proactively resolve difficulties and problems of customers and employees to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Train employees in soft skills, develop and maintain teams, contribute to building corporate culture.
  • Manage, build and support employees to complete business targets.
  • Other tasks will be discussed specifically during the interview.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated from University with major in Engineering, priority given to Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experienced from 05 years in B2B Sales Manager in project/industrial sales solution.
  • Have won B2B customers – directly with Investors, high-end customers or FDI.
  • English: can read technical documents in English and communicate at a basic level.
  • Proficient in Microsoft, Autocad, …
  • Honest, responsible and careful in work.
  • Withstand sales pressure and project progress.
