- Research product packages of AIA Exchange
- Introduce and share products with customers
- Research, plan, and expand the customer base
- Attend professional training sessions as well as product knowledge.
- Set up appointments with customers.
- Closing the contract.
- Customer care.
- Report work and sales by day/week/month to the direct manager.
- Build, manage, and develop live teams
- Improve skills, and activities to promote team development
- Age: over 23 years old
- At least one year of work experience in the relevant field is required
- Education: Graduated from High School
- Well-adapted, hardworking, friendly, progressive, and with a high sense of responsibility
- Good communication and planning skills
- Strong leadership, management, and team development skills
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Finance, Business, and related fields.
