Job Description

  • Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass revenue goals across key markets such as Singapore, ANZ, and Japan
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities to grow market presence and meet sales targets
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners
  • Build and strengthen a high-performing sales team
  • Work closely with Delivery Managers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services and solutions for clients
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and positioning
  • Act as a company representative at industry events, conferences, and client engagements

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (MBA is an advantage)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales Manager or similar role within the IT industry, with proven success in achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with effective negotiation ability
  • Solid understanding of sales and marketing strategies, especially in IT Outsourcing
  • Good knowledge of APAC markets and cultural differences is preferred
  • Ability to work independently, lead a team, and collaborate with multiple departments
  • Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA degree is a plus
