Job Description

Japanese Market Business Development:

  • Develop and execute business plans aligned with the company's needs and growth direction.
  • Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Provide clients with consultations on the company’s products and services.
  • Negotiate and sign contracts, ensuring successful transactions with clients.
  • Manage, develop, and convert potential client databases into business opportunities for the company.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Collaborate with departments such as Production, Legal, and Administration - Accounting to carry out processes like quotations, acceptance, payments, and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Perform other business support tasks, such as welcoming clients visiting the company and assisting in preparations for IT events.

Resource Development:

  • Build, train, and develop a high-performing sales team to enhance capability and operational efficiency for the company.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT Sales, with preference given to candidates with experience in IT Sales Leader positions.
  • Proficiency in Japanese across all four skills (equivalent to N2 or higher).
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and training skills.
  • Excellent sales mindset and customer service orientation.
  • Confident, decisive, enthusiastic, proactive, and responsible in work.
