Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on Vibe Branding’s ideal client profile
• Book discovery calls with qualified leads for the Sales or Strategy team
• Maintain accurate CRM records (e.g., HubSpot) and manage follow-up sequences
• Research industries, prospects, and client needs to personalize outreach
• Collaborate with marketing to improve messaging, targeting, and lead flow
• Provide weekly updates on outreach performance and lead conversion metrics

Skills & Experience Required:

• 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development (agency experience a plus)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email tools, and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
• A confident, friendly, and curious personality with a growth mindset
• Goal-driven and comfortable working in a remote, performance-focused environment
