Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the steel industry
• Identify sales opportunities and actively pursue leads to achieve sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights and make informed sales decisions.
• Report sales activities, progress, and results to the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

• University graduation or above
• Fluent in Japanese language and intermediate in English. (Direct communication with Japanese people)
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the steel industry or related fields. However, candidates has knowledge in the steel industry and willingness to learn sales skills will also be considered.
• Has knowledge about On-spot export.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and result-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.
