Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and close new enterprise B2B clients (preferably organizations with 1,000–10,000+ employees)
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting → meetings → proposals → negotiations → closing
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success
  • Represent the organization at industry events and strategic partner engagements
  • Provide regular reports on pipeline, deal progress, and business outcomes to leadership

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales (background in B2B2C fields such as banking/payroll, ERP, HR tech, e-wallet, or BNPL is preferred)
  • Established network with senior executives across industries such as manufacturing, textiles, electronics, footwear, and retail
  • Demonstrated success in securing large-scale contracts and consistently meeting ambitious sales goals
  • Strategic thinker with strong knowledge of finance and risk management
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently across provinces
