Job description
- Track and manage customer records
- Receive and process orders
- Enter order data into the system
- Track production orders to meet delivery schedules
- Control and reconcile weekly debts
- Receive all customer feedback and customer care
- Manage orders and related documents
- Support sales work
Job requirements:
- College degree or higher in a related field.
- Experience: 1 ~ 2 years of experience in the same position.
- Language: Fluent in Chinese (4-skill communication)
- Skills:
- Good use of Word and Excel software
- Ability to work independently, quickly, proactively
- Honest and enthusiastic in work
- Personality: Honest, hardworking, detail-oriented, work under high pressure
