We are looking for enthusiastic students (3rd-year and above) or recent graduates who are passionate about human resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment.

Job Description

As a Recruitment Intern, you will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to:

• Publish job postings on our websites and relevant job platforms
• Source and screen resumes from various channels
• Conduct initial candidate calls or Zoom/ Google Meet interviews
• Maintain and update candidate databases, track application progress
• Support recruitment marketing and employer branding campaigns
• Participate in internal HR projects and receive training in modern recruitment tools (e.g., ATS, CRM)

Requirements

• University students (3rd year or higher) or recent graduates in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related fields
• Interest in recruitment and long-term HR career path
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn
• Own a personal laptop and have a quiet space for remote work
• Able to commit at least 20 hours/week for a minimum of 2 months
• Good English skill (4 skills)
