- Search and selection of candidates at different levels on Linkedin, freelance sites, forums and job sites;

- Create requirements for vacancies;

- Accompanying the candidate from the first contact to offer;

- Conducting a job interview, exit interviews

- Formation of a database of candidates in the field of sales

- Analysis of search sources + search for new ones

- Analysis staff turnover and recruiting pipeline

- Onboarding of hired candidates and communication

- Managing ATS;

- Gathering feedback from employees

Especifc knowlegde:

- English (B1+ ) and German (B2+ );

- 1+ years experience in research and recruiting candidates;

- Ability to use non-standard search sources;

- Experience with google tools, zoom/jitsi;

- Decision-making and negotiation skills;

- А high level of responsibility;

- Multitasking, prioritization and effective time management.

- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and support skills
