Job Description
- Manage the recruitment process to meet the demand of Company's vacancies on time
- Build the sources of candidates from various channels: network, job posting, websites, forums, social network, etc.
- Search for resumes, screen resumes sent by the researcher and execute online/phone interviews, submit a final shortlist to Hiring manager(s)
- Arrange interviews and follow up until closing the vacancy
- Develop Employment Branding
- Others tasks according to job's needs
- At least 8 years of experience in recruitment, 3 years in IT recruitment field
- Have a good network of technical candidates
- High spirit of teamwork, proactive to learn and share knowledge
- Trustworthy, attention to details, sense of responsibility
- Good assessment, communication and persuasion skills
- Fluent in English. French will be a plus
