Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain high-performance backend services and robust APIs leveraging the C#/ .NET ecosystem.
• Craft highly interactive, user-centric web applications and complex data visualization interfaces utilizing React.
• Design and implement highly scalable data pipelines that seamlessly connect core operational platforms, analytical engines, and enterprise reporting infrastructures.
• Partner closely with Data Specialists, Product Managers, and other Engineering squads to transform intricate business requirements into sophisticated Business Intelligence (BI) and software solutions.
• Take ownership of system health by continuously profiling applications, optimizing bottlenecks, reducing technical debt, and ensuring solutions can scale horizontally.
• Actively shape the team's technical direction through rigorous code reviews, architectural brainstorming, and the continuous refinement of coding standards and best practices.

Must-Haves

• Proven commercial Full-stack experience heavily utilizing the C# / .NET ecosystem and React.
• Deep understanding of modern software architecture to design highly scalable backend services and robust applications.
• Extensive experience building and integrating RESTful APIs across complex systems.
• Hands-on background deploying and managing applications on Microsoft Azure or similar enterprise cloud platforms.
• Strong domain knowledge in data-driven applications, BI concepts, analytics workflows, and reporting systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills combined with the ability to thrive in agile and cross-functional engineering teams.
