Job Description

Checking the quantity, nitrate, Managing and updating cost database
Preparing bill of quantity (BOQ) and measurement based on tender drawing & specification
Preparing project schedules, tender schedule
Setting up cost, budget, and scope of work for the project
Preparing tender document of consultant package, contractor package
Preparing tender reports, making recommendations on the award of the contract
Be responsible for contract administration, managing claims & certification, and monitoring payment of contractor

Male from 26 years old
Bachelor's degree or higher majoring in Civil engineering (or QS engineering)
QS in residential projects
Worked at least 2 years at the latest company
3 years or more in QS Position
English: Construction major (good communication)
