• Prepare and generate audit reports or essential development documentation both during and after the development process.
• Conduct quality assurance activities such as unit tests, API testing, and comprehensive tests throughout the development phase.
• Perform quality improvement testing and related activities.
• Support operations by monitoring, documenting, and reporting on quality levels.
• Collaborate with the development team to address issues and discuss proposed solutions during the operational phase.
• Work closely with the development team to enhance and refine existing products.
• Document and report errors and issues for resolution.
• Investigate reported product quality issues and ensure their resolution by company guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Job requirements:

• Practical knowledge of quality assurance tools, methods, and concepts.
• Strong skills in data collection and analysis.
• Excellent abilities in analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or in a similar role.
• Relevant training and/or certifications in Quality Assurance.
• Proficiency in English.
