• Control QA team & coaching line manager for standard.
• Maintain current QMS process (template/process/standards/KPI …).
• Solving issue related to quality & compliance.
• Training for manager/ developer.

• At least 2 years of experience as a QA Manager in software development.
• Experience in standardization, create a quality strategy and implement it.
• Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Have knowledge/experience in project management and smart Agile/waterfall process.
• Experience in training for developer/tester about QMS system.
• Having strong experience in the quality process, experience in standardization, create a quality strategy and implement it.
• Graduated in IT.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.

Nice to have:

• Can speak Japanese.
• Have knowledge/experience in PM/PMO and smart Agile/waterfall process is an advantage.
• Have CMMI (>= level3) or ISO (>9000) knowledge is a plus.
• Foreigner or Vietnamese.
