Job Description

Overall management of operations (residents, customers, tenants, employees, contractors)
Developing policies, regulations, procedures, and instructions
Managing, and monitoring to ensure that the security, engineering, infrastructure, and fire protection systems,… be operated efficiently and safely.
Making regular reports and advising superiors on the operation
Customer relations, solving customer requests and complaints as soon as possible to achieve satisfaction from the customer.
Build the annual operating budget

Male/Female from 27 years old, bachelor’s degree
Property Manager/Assistant of housing/building projects
Worked at least 3 years at the latest company
Have 3-5 years of working experience as Property Manager/ Assistant
English: Fluent
