Job Description

  • Participate directly in software development, deployment, and project implementation.
  • Oversee and delegate tasks to team members according to the project's requirements.
  • Create a training plan to enhance the members' skills and abilities.
  • Collaborate with teams to address and resolve technical issues in other projects within the company.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure development procedures and project quality are followed.

Job Requirement:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, specifically in ERP implementation projects.
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Possess a strong understanding of ERP systems, with a preference for experience in Odoo.
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately estimate project timelines and budgets through WBS analysis and effective resource allocation.
  • A strong understanding of essential business processes in manufacturing, commerce, and services industries.
  • Having experience in implementing ERP projects for educational institutions is advantageous.
  • Experience in Odoo or a Business Analyst (Functional Consultant) background would be advantageous.
  • Understanding the Agile project implementation process.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, negotiation with customers, and team management
  • Possessing project management certification, such as ACP, PMI, or PMP, is preferred.
