• Phụ trách và đôn đốc Nhà thầu thiết kế, thi công đúng yêu cầu kỹ thuật và hồ sơ thiết kế đã được duyệt đảm bảo chất lượng và tiến độ.
• In charge and urge the contractor to design and construct following technical requirements and approved design documents to ensure quality and progress.
• Phụ trách công tác nghiệm thu thi công, lắp đặt thiết bị đúng yêu cầu kỹ thuật và các hồ sơ đã được phê duyệt.
• Responsible for acceptance of construction and equipment installation following technical requirements and approved documents.
• Đánh giá tài liệu về tua-bin gió và xác định các sai lệch so với các thông số kỹ thuật mua hàng và các thông số quan trọng về chất lượng
• Review wind turbine documentation and identify deviations from purchasing specifications and critical quality parameters
• Phối hợp đàm phán vấn đề kỹ thuật nội bộ và bên ngoài Công ty
• Coordinate negotiations on technical issues internally and externally

Quản lý điện:

Electrical management:

• Phụ trách công tác rà soát và kiểm tra nội dung hồ sơ chất lượng (phần điện) của toàn bộ Nhà máy do Nhà thầu thực hiện đúng kỹ thuật và hồ sơ thiết kế đã được phê duyệt.
• In charge of reviewing and checking the content of quality documents (electrical section) of the entire plant implemented by the Contractor according to the technical specifications and approved design documents
• Quản lý toàn bộ phạm vi điện của các nhà máy năng lượng bao gồm hệ thống điều khiển tuabin gió, cáp, nâng cấp trạm biến áp điện, đường dây tải điện, kết nối với trạm biến áp khác.
• Manage the entire electrical scope of energy plants including wind turbine control systems, cables, electrical substation upgrades, transmission lines, and connections to other substations

• Phụ trách công tác hồ sơ và các bên liên quan để ra Giấy phép hoạt động điện lực.
• In charge of documents and relevant parties to issue the Electricity Operation License
•  Phối hợp với các phòng ban chuẩn bị hồ sơ đàm phán giá điện, PPA của Dự án.
• Coordinate with departments to prepare electricity price negotiation documents and Project PPA
•  Làm giấy phép với các Sở (Sở KH & ĐT, Sở NN & PTNT, Sở TNMT, SCT, Thuế, v.v.)
• Work with Provincial departments (DPI, DARD, DONRE, DOIT, Tax, etc.) for permit issues

Project completion

• Phụ trách công tác chuẩn bị hồ sơ liên quan công tác nghiệm thu đóng điện, nghiệm thu hoàn thành công trình và COD.
• In charge of preparing documents related to energizing acceptance, project completion acceptance, and COD.
• Theo dõi và đôn đốc nhà thầu thực hiện các công việc liên quan đến công tác nghiệm thu đóng điện và COD.
• Monitor and urge contractors to carry out work related to energizing acceptance and COD work.
• Tham mưu, đề xuất với cấp trên đảm bảo Dự án hoàn thành công tác nghiệm thu đóng điện và COD.
• Advise and propose to superiors to ensure the Project completes energization and COD acceptance work.
•  Phối hợp với EVNSPC, A0/A2 và các cơ quan trực thuộc EVN để thực hiện các công tác nghiệm thu đóng điện, hòa lưới, và các công tác khác liên quan.
• Coordinate with EVNSPC, A0/A2, and subordinate units of EVN to carry out energizing acceptance, grid connection, and other related works.

Vận hành dự án

Project operation

•  Quản lý vận hành và bảo trì (O & M) tại các nhà máy
• Operations and maintenance (O&M) at plants
• Tham gia quản lý trực tiếp công tác vận hành khi nhà máy đi vào hoạt động và vận hành thương mại, công tác bảo trì phòng ngừa.
•  Participate in direct management of operations when the factory comes into operation and commercial operation, and preventive maintenance.
• Theo dõi và quản lý hợp đồng các gói thầu phục vụ công tác vận hành nhà máy.
• Monitor and manage contracts for bidding packages for plant operations purposes.
• Phụ trách công tác quản lý kiểm tra, bảo dưỡng định kỳ máy móc, thiết bị nhà máy.
• In charge of management, inspection, and periodic maintenance of the plant machinery and equipment.
• Phụ trách liên quan đến công tác vận hành cũng như các yêu cầu về chế độ báo cáo vận hành, đăng ký công suất đối với Điều độ A2, A0, EVNSPC. Đảm bảo thực hiện tốt quy trình phối hợp vận hành giữa nhà máy và Điều độ A2, A0, EVNSPC.
• Responsible for operations as well as operational reporting requirements and capacity registration with Dispatchers A2, A0, and EVNSPC. Ensure good implementation of the operational coordination process between the plant and Dispatchers A2, A0, and EVNSPC.
• Giám sát các nhà thầu cung cấp, lắp đặt và vận hành hệ thống SCADA tại nhà máy
• Supervise contractors providing, installing and operating SCADA systems at the plant
• Điều phối hệ thống PLC & SCADA của nhà máy
• Coordinate the plant’s PLC & SCADA system
• Quản lý hợp đồng: Quản lý hợp đồng kỹ thuật & thi công và liên lạc với các nhà cung cấp
• Contract management: Manage engineering & construction contracts and liaise with suppliers
• Báo cáo nội bộ: Hỗ trợ quản lý cấp cao và các thành viên khác trong nhóm cho bất kỳ yêu cầu báo cáo đột xuất nào.
• Internal Reporting: Support senior management and other team members for any ad-hoc reporting requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, business, or construction management (Project Management Certificate or relevant work certificates are the plus).
• 5-10 years of experience working on-site (preferably on Wind projects).
• Good command of English, previous work experience with foreigners or overseas education is preferred.
• Have a good set of skills in analytical, communication, contracting, financial, interpersonal, and management.

• Salary range:  Commensurate with experience x 13 months with potential performance bonus
